But it occurred to me while I was watching the game that Nan would have really liked the players tight shorts. I remember she used to love watching Baseball just to see the athlete's "cute butts" lol. And I really had to laugh and think of Nan when this happened:

ReplyDeleteThe link worked. I made it. I was amused to read your comment about Nan. It made me think of a recent conversation that I had about her. As you may know, Jessica got a hamster for Christmas that she named Bella (actually Jingle Bella). She loved the thing and took really good care of it. Despite her efforts, the thing got wet and very sick one Sunday afternoon. Jessica wrapped the thing in a heating pad, fed it with an eye dropper and carried it around all day. Nonetheless, it was clear that Bella was not going to make it. Jessica was completely distraught and I could not get her to calm down. Then it came to me--I told her not to worry--Bella would be going to heaven and I was sure that Nan would take care of her. All the while, I am thinking that Nan is going to kill me because I know that she cannot stand rodents. Even though Nan may curse me forever for charging her with Bella's eternal care, it was worth it. Jessica was completely calmed by the thought that Nan would take care of her beloved Bella. (Sorry Nan!)
